Currently, DSND owns and operates three Retirement Facilities – Ametis, Altena and Serenitas – offering services and options to older people with varying levels of mobility and dependency.

A wonderful retirement village, it has seperate houses, one or two bedrooms and u can receive medical attention when required, lovely gardens to walk around on & security is great, they are situated in Altena Rd Strand.

The man in charge, Mr Bokkie van Niekerk who is the general manager takes great care of all the elderly people living at serenitas , his door is always open for everyone to pop in and chat.they couldn’t have asked for better person to run serenitas.
